Website usability: why people leave and how to fix it
An awkward site loses clients even with a nice design. We break down what irritates visitors and how to make it convenient.
Usability is how convenient a site is to use. You can pour a lot of money into design, but if a person finds it inconvenient to find what they need or leave a request — they'll go. And Google sees it: people bounce back to search fast — rankings drop.
What most often irritates
A confusing menu where it's hard to find things. Tiny text. Slow loading. Intrusive pop-ups. A form with a dozen fields. No contacts in a visible spot. Each little thing increases the chance a person closes the tab.
The «don't make me think» rule
The main usability principle: a person shouldn't have to think about where to click and what to do next. Everything obvious, the path to action short. The less effort, the more leads.
Service: Websites — we build it turnkey→How we ensure it
At RADOBO we design the user journey before the visuals and test usability on real people and devices. A site should be clear to both a grandmother and a teenager — with no manual.
