Challenge
A Ukrainian startup needed to change how people see recycling: make it accessible, modern and even fun. To explain simply — what's accepted and how to sort — and give a quick request with no calls.

Solution
Recycling became a habit: a pickup request takes 30 seconds in the bot, and even a game teaches you to sort.
