Cómo implementar un CRM: guía paso a paso
Los CRM fracasan por el proceso, no el software. 7 pasos para que funcione.
The most common reason a CRM fails isn't the software — it's rolling it out without accounting for real processes. Here are 7 steps that turn a CRM into a working tool, not another empty database.
1. Map processes before choosing a system
First — how your sales team actually works: stages, roles, lead sources. The CRM should describe your business, not force you to bend processes to someone's template.
2–4. Data, integrations, roles
Migrate clean data (not spreadsheet junk), connect telephony/email/messengers, set role-based access. Without this the CRM stays pretty but empty.
5–7. Training, adoption, growth
Train the team, make CRM usage mandatory (no deal in the CRM = no deal), and evolve the system from feedback. This is where most give up — and where we stay with you.
Want a CRM your team actually uses? We run the whole cycle — from research to support.
